Blogish Updates: Inactiveness & New Blog Design

February and March have both been the most inactive months of blogging in my entire life. The reason for that: school, track tryouts, life goals, and other crazy relationship errors. But the main idea of this all is that, I'm a lazy bum-ass who doesn't want to take the extra mile to do things

Eventful Things That Occurred
  • I got into my school's track team! (even though I was never really in a track team before)
  • I got an ARC of a book I've been trying to track down for months
  • I gained 4 pounds in the last three weeks and didn't bother losing any
  • I went to ApollyCon. My post can be found here
  • I got a new camera for my Youtube videos!

Youtube

I don't know if any of you follow me on Youtube, but I've recently been inactive for two months and it's killing me. I was on a journey to find a new camera and that's basically the gist of why I haven't been making videos and posting my regular book hauls. I just got a new camera (cheers for that *hands in the air*) So I will be posting regularly now, and hopefully getting some cool giveaways and tags in! If you have a Youtube Channel, leave the link down in the comments of this post because I just love my fellow booktubers and bloggers. You guys bring all the joy in my life.

New Blog Design

You're probably saying: "Didn't this girl already get a blog design like just a few months ago?" Well technically yes, but so far I haven't felt the same with the design as I felt when I first got it. I think that's because The Book's Buzz become so mature and just different over the past months and I believe it's time for some change. Also, who doesn't love some good change? We need some change up in here! I've asked Livia from Butterfly-o-Meter books to do a huge project again. Damn I feel bad for bothering her so much. I just love her to bits and pieces and she has some great ideas for a watercolor transformation for the site.

My wonderful friend, Jazzie, over at The Book Dancer also just recently got her blog makeover from Livia and it turned out so beautiful Take a look here: IT'S SO PRETTY AND WONDERFUL!!

Livia showed me this so I would get a clear concept of where we were going. This is what it's going to be based off of.

I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the weekend and TGIF (well it's Friday ova here)! What new things came about in your life?

  2. I am NOT a sporty person... at all... I'd prefer to be curled up with a book, so congrats on making the team and doing both! I can't wait to see your new blog design <3

  7. Yay, you're back! I love your blog design! Even though I'm wary of bees after getting stung on my bday, you make them look very cute. Lol! Yay to getting on the track team and yay to the ARC!

    1. I get stung all the time. My theory is that if you get stung, then that means that they like you :D
