There are tons of bookshelf tours on Youtube and all over the Booktubing community, but have we ever had a formal tour on the blogosphere? None that I've ever seen! Today I'm here to introduce one of my favorite things to do on Youtube, Pinterest, and Instagram which is to stalk other book-lover's bookshelves! If you're tagged, show us a pic of your shelf if you feel like it!
So I feel like I should describe my collection in a few words. No I don't have as many books as some bloggers and Youtubers, but I do feel my book collecting to be a bit extreme. I separate my books by genre, which ultimately means fantasy and science-fiction from contemporary and romance novels. My books aren't uniquely color-coded or in alphabetical order, but I do like to put the series and trilogies together just for easy access when I want to quickly grab for the book. Here it is:
My Fantasy/Science-Fiction/YA Dystopian Bookshelf
My Contemporary/Romance Stand-Alone Shelf
I tag (only if you want to do this tag):
I'm very curious to see where you store your babies!
Woahh. I love your entire shelf! It's so organised and your books look amazing and I've actually read so many of them. I love the little fairy lights <3

LOL I wouldn't say organizes but thanks LOL! I thought the fairy lights looked so cute as well!
DeleteYour bookshelves are so pretty!! I love the lights :D Mine are stacked way too full! I will have to take some pictures and send them to you haha. They are organized by color (or used to be) but then I changed one shelf (meaning, all 5 shelves in the huge one) to be only "TO READ: YA non-review" yeah, I wasn't kidding when I said I have a lot of books I never get to haha. Another one is used books, another is adult, and another is already read…which is divided up into genres. I liked when I had all my shelves organized by color though that was fun. :D
ReplyDeleteI like this tag, sounds like you had fun with it! I may have to do it :D
