I was doing a readathon for it but then I didn't feel the first book capturing me so I just stopped and read everything else that was on my TBR. Ohh sorry for the mixup on Obsidian. I love her books and I kind of wanted to exemplify that! The Book's Buzzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00787038277680033672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-32336285007386626462015-08-23T08:36:06.106-04:002015-08-23T08:36:06.106-04:00Everyone has some books they just didn't like!...Everyone has some books they just didn't like! I am sorry to say though, that most of the books I don't like usually end up being the ones that next to EVERYONE and their mothers like... like Harry Potter. I just couldn't get into it >> And I have read the first three books, not sure whether or not to go on.

I was actually happy when I saw Obsidian because I was like FINALLY someone agrees with me because I didn't hate it - but didn't really like it too much either. But then you actually do like it lol xDOlivia's Catastrophehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12706765857201768908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-69366945260099658042015-08-09T11:50:13.538-04:002015-08-09T11:50:13.538-04:00Never?? Though, I'm still interested in reading Magonia. I've never read a Jennifer L. Armentrout book before (I have no idea whyyyy) so maybe I should try with Obsidian first. Great post, Alex! :D

Blessie @ Mischievous Reads
Blessiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13661540928268738769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-79617755091419623422015-08-08T18:30:47.897-04:002015-08-08T18:30:47.897-04:00Delirium was good, huh? I must try it now just to be sure of myself but I totally trust you.

AHH I see what you did there. I started to read it right after Delirium (which I absolutely adore!) and I went in thinking that it would be just as amazing. I was really wrong. The characters were all so stereotypically annoying and the WHINING! I made it like thirty pages before I decided that I actually wanted to keep my sanity, so I had to put the book down.
I have read so many reviews about Sally Green's books. The reviews have all been half bad, half good (see what I did there?!?). Some people loved it, and others, like yourself, did not see it as whole good.
Tessa @ Crazy for YATessahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05674560920184099297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-90156932530866506242015-08-08T12:55:37.222-04:002015-08-08T12:55:37.222-04:00I totally agree with you on Before I Fall. We Were Liars is on my TBR but thank you so much for sharing, I kind of haven't been wanting to read it ever since I last got it! LOL Spoiled brats. I actually hate it simply because the story is repetitive and the MC is just annoying and ignorant. I hate how she didn't realize everything she and her friends did was wrong. smh.
The book I didn't like was We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. I have high expectations towards the book but I wasn't surprise with its twist. Totally predictable and the characters are annoying and spoiled brats. I went into it thinking that it was more of a science fiction/dystopia for some reason, so I was a bit let down. I've heard mixed things about Half Bad, though I haven't read it yet. I do have a copy of it on my shelf though so I will probably still check it out.
Krystianna @ Downright DystopianKrystiannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06793987066964047092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-59323159127470152642015-08-06T14:10:34.107-04:002015-08-06T14:10:34.107-04:00I've been wanting to read Magonia and Half Bad...I've been wanting to read Magonia and Half Bad though I've heard good and bad things about both. Maybe I'll get to them eventually. They aren't high on my reading list. One book that I really didn't like is Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea by April Genevive Tucholke - I just couldn't with the lack of logic and common sense in the main character. I did finish it though but now it's in the pile of books I'm planning on giving away. This is the same reason why I can't bring myself to finish reading the Mortal Instruments.

- Jazzie @ The Book DancerThe Book Dancerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12973097821404325173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2574434425500537211.post-78437240234566968292015-08-06T09:39:00.038-04:002015-08-06T09:39:00.038-04:00I’m going to be reading Magonia this month.
