I Started A Youtube Channel!

Greetings all the lovely bloggers, readers, and YA-fandom aficionados out there! This has been going on for a while now, but I started a Youtube channel! I have to admit, one of the most exciting yet frightening moments of my life was when I had to click the upload button on Youtube. As of today my Youtube channel is about a week old, and I have uploaded two videos!

Will I still blog frequently?
Yes, yes, yes. A million times yes. I won't ever forget that I first started as a blogger (and not a very good one LOL)! I will still post a ton of blog posts here and maybe even recreate them into videos! Who knows?

Why did you choose to finally make a channel?
Sofia over at Loving the Language of Literacy really inspired me to start my channel! I had been following her blog for a long time and noticed that she started posting videos. She looked like she was having a lot of fun and also having the opportunity to communicate with more bloggers and Booktubers on a broader scale. That's kind of what I was going for. It's definitely a much bigger outlet , and I've already met so many new people!

Was uploading your first video scary?
I would be lying if I said it wasn't. It was definitely... a step up (the best way I could describe it for you) from what I'm usually comfortable to. It's not everyday you're talking to a camera! Haha

I hope you all enjoy my uploaded videos, and I would really appreciate it if you all subscribed to my channel just for some moral support. I just don't want to sit around all day talking to a camera (and myself). Oh but I do talk to myself a lot...

If you want... SUBSCRIBE HERE!

And from my latest video: My awesome-sauce book haul from Barnes and Noble!

If you would like me to subscribe to your channel (if you have one), I would be happy to do the same back!

    1. I can't post for a photograph either :/
It took me so many times just to film the first video. If you do start a channel, just me a link and I'll be sure to subscribe!

  3. Congrats on your new Youtube channel! Whenever I try to get back into the groove of uploading videos, I can never manage it. I think my place is just on the blogosphere for now.

  4. I've been pondering over making a Youtube channel for some time now, even recorded a review--but I can't stand the sound of my own snobby sounding voice. Lol!

    1. Would you believe me if I said the same exact thing? When I first edited my videos (and I was forced to do it myself), I had to listen to myself talk and it was like listening to nails on a chalkboard. I absolutely hate when people are recording my and they play it back for me to hear. In reality though, to other people you probably don't sound bad at all. Every time I film something I feel like the words that come out of my mouth are so stupid. I will totally subscribe if you make one btw. Have fun ;)
